Press Release by DGR-Crosley:

· Practice: 9th

· Race Result: 6th
Drew Dollar earned a sixth-place finish this weekend at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway. Saturday’s Day to Day Coffee 150 was an ARCA Menards Series debut for the 18-year-old Atlanta, Ga. native.
Inclement weather canceled both first practice and qualifying on Saturday, giving those who haven’t raced at the track a disadvantage. Dollar was able to run some laps during the only practice session of the day with the starting lineup based on the fastest lap times from that session. With a best time of 33.87-seconds during final practice, Dollar started the Day to Day Coffee 150 from the ninth position. He moved up to the eighth position 25 laps in while fighting a chattering Camry. When a caution came out on lap 42, the No. 4 team decided to stay out giving Dollar a second-place starting position. Dollar had fell back to eighth by lap 75. In the final laps, Dollar worked his way up to finish sixth in his ARCA Menards Series debut.
Dollar, a Sunoco Rookie of the Year Contender in the K&N Pro Series East, will race next at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on July 20th with the K&N Series.
Dollar on Gateway: “I enjoyed my first ARCA start this weekend! Didn’t finish as good as I had hoped but still learned a lot. Looking forward to my next race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in the K&N Series.”
